Hitler was a Christian

Hitler was a Christian. As an young man he was an altar boy and had aspirations of being a priest.  He tapped into centuries old anti-semetism when he left his family and moved to Vienna, Austria.  This anti jewish feeling stemmed from Christianity.  He said in Mein Kampf that he was doing the lord’s work.  In a speech in 1933 he said education without religious instruction is built on air.  During WWII he told one of his generals that he was a Christian and always will be.  There are several examples of him making nice with church officials who were thrilled that he was a Christian.
